Tender Moment WIP Lineart

I almost forgot about this drawing I was working on a couple of weeks ago....Note to self: Don't attempt to do a very detailed drawing while fighting off a cold and then afterwards, bury the drawing.
This is my OC Roxanne with Silver... Why is she crying? Ummm...idk. I'm trying to find a spot where this could fit into my story...that's mostly in my head. At first, I was going to draw them dancing together and enter it into a contest but the deadline came and I got sick so that never happened. I couldn't find a really good refernce either to use for them dancing. :/ Then I thought "okay maybe I can draw them after she had a fight with him and he's trying to make nice now. " OR

"She has been trying to leave Scothira (her place of origin) but no one is willing to allow her on their ships and those who do, only want her for one thing...After being rejected several times, she finally breaks down from not only the pressure of finding a ship, but also the death of her beloved grandfather and the betrayal from the head honcho at Scothira's Galactic Intelligence Agency where she formerly worked. She does not notice the Ursid spacer who has been secretly observing her. He walks up to her and asks her what is wrong and if he could help her in any way. She looks up surprised at his kindness but then sees his cyborg prosthetics and gasps in fear. He assures her that he means her no harm and asks if she would like to be a passenger aboard his own ship that was departing in awhile.
Oh and also for my story I have Silver being somewhat younger.

Alright NOW onto the trouble areas... Silver is too big and disproportionate to Roxanne. I think I made his arm and hand WAAAAYYY too big. Roxanne on the other hand I made to small in proportion to Silver. First of all I noticed that I made her to short...Notice the random bench that she's sitting on... And her face is too short I should have made it longer. Her mouth looks like a fish. But other than that I think it is fine for now. Someday I'd also like to attempt to color this digitally.

Refernces used: For Silver I used a couple screencaps...mostly for his arm/hand.
For Roxanne I used some fashion magazines.

Time: So far about 4 hours.

Materials: 18X12 sketch pad and 2B pencil. At least I am starting to draw bigger.
